Give us as much information as you can as to what you are looking for. We will respond to your email letting you know if your request can be accomplished. Please do not ask us to do trademarked characters, words or names unless you have permission from the trademark holder.

Shipping

How long before my item ships and how long will it take in transit to get to me?

• First Class items will be shipped in 1-4 business days from time of order. Shipping usually takes from 2-10 days depending on your location in the U.S.
• Priority items will be shipped in 1-3 business days from time of order. Shipping usually takes from 2-3 days but is not guaranteed.
• Express items will be shipped in 1-2 business days from time of order. Shipping takes from 1-2 days and is guaranteed.
• International first class items will be shipped in 1-4 business days. Shipping transit is anywhere from 7 - 30 days. Delays are usually by your country's postal service and cannot be avoided.

Having Trouble at Checkout

I am trying to checkout but the site is saying "webpage unavialble".

This usually happens when one of two things happens.

Either your firewall is set to keep you from being redirected to another web site. Our shopping cart is maintained on a secure server for your protection. If you can disable the firewall for this instance it will let you get to the checkout screen. If you cannot disable it for any reason contact us with the item page, size and color that you were trying to order. And we will add your item to the cart and email the cart to you.

Or your browser is blocking javascript or cookies. If it's your browser go to the settings and let it load javascript and cookies for this instance so that you can check out. If that doesn't help send us the item page, size, and color of item you were trying to order and we will add it to the cart and send you a direct link to the cart so that you can check out.

Gift Boxes

What do your gift boxes look like?

Our gift boxes are awesome! They are in a gender neurtral gold and ivory striped design with a clear window* and white satin ribbon. Your item will be lovingly wrapped in white tissue paper before placing in the box. We carry 4 sizes to fit your item depending on what you order. These boxes can be used over and over again, for gift giving to someone else. *Our Sweatshirt box is the same but without a window.

Refunds and Exchanges

What is your Refund or Exchange Policy?

We have a 30 day return policy on items. Any item can be returned for a replacement of the same design on the same item for a full 30 days after payment.

Any item that is sent in error on our part will be replaced as soon as we are notified up to the 30 day period. This includes, incorrect size sent, incorrect personalization, incorrect item sent.

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, a reprint can be done as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item may be required to return to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Please take the time to check our size charts. For sizing, we do have size charts for all of our items. To find out if they will fit, please take a shirt that fits how you would like and lay it flat. Measure from where the neck meets the shoulder seam down the front to the hem and that is the length measurement. Then measure from armpit to armpit for the width measurement. That's the best way to make sure the item is the size you are looking for. :-) If you are unsure of the size, say for a gift, we suggest you order one size larger than you think you need. It's always best to err on the side of a little too big than too small.

Returned items must be:

• in original condition
• unworn and unwashed
• with original tags attached
• preferably in original packaging

If the item is to be returned to us, return shipping will be your responsibility. Please make sure that it is packaged well and insured so that if return transit damages the item you are covered.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us with the link below to fill out a request form, if your item fits the criteria above we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Because all of our items are personalized items and printed at the time of order we do not issue cash or credit refunds.
