When you place an order with us, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the type of items and the shipping options you choose. Most items are shipped the next business day after payment is received.

Items that require personalization will be shipped within 72 hours after the proof is approved for printing.

Most of our items are paper and they are heavy to ship, so please be aware when ordering those items that shipping costs have been determined by the weight of that item.

If you choose overnight shipping.

Special Note: Overnight Shipping means that it will be shipped via overnight methods, that doesn't always mean you'll receive the item the next day. This is not a rush fee to expedite the order it is a shipping fee. So the order will still need to be processed in the order in which it was received. If you need a rush job please contact us before purchasing to find out if we can accommodate your order timeframe. At this time we will give you a quote on the fee for a rush job.

There are some other issues with expecting overnight delivery to mean they will receive the item the next day.

First: When the order is received is the most problematic. Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If an order is received after these times it will be processed the next business day. So that means your order will most likely at the earliest go out the second day.

Second: If it's a personalized item those items will need to be set up and approved before printing can begin. Once the approval is received those items are typically shipped within 72 hours of approval. At that time they would be overnighted to you. So please take this into consideration when deciding on overnight shipping on any personalized item.

Third: Some areas do not have guaranteed overnight delivery. The item will be shipped overnight to arrive at the earliest time that the postal service will deliver to some destinations that means 2nd day.

But rest assured that we will send the item overnight express if that is the method you choose.
